Journey of the Heart

The reason I wrote this poem is simple...   The energies of the new moon come to me days before.   A beautiful buildup!   Without knowing, just feeling within- I know.    With intentions I prepare for a beautiful release. The New Moon  There’s a new moon approaching-   just a day away now   designing with intention   for there are many-   stories repeated   memories revealing-   heartfelt moments of   should haves and   could haves,   yet, I don't live there   I don't thrive there   not anymore...   so as the   New Moon approaches-   feelings are stirring   as I patiently await-   preparing   in the knowing-   with every New Moon   that passes-   a great surge   a greater release   takes place within me-   energized with a cleansing...

Finding myself also meant losing the need and want for the material "goodies" in life… I've realized that what holds true value is what's in your heart, and how you live from that special place. Painting: "In Her Dreams" by Vladimir Volegov I Have Treasures Moments, tapping at my soul waking me-shaking me out of pain, sorrow and disbelief- all forced-so far down for far too long so lost in who I am... appearances can be deceiving- expressions of happy and content within myself, I was neither... to be specific is timely, so it will suffice for me to say- learn to listen through your soul speak through your heart find gratitude daily- the more you see, the more you'll feel the Love you give, you'll receive- it will find and flow it's way to you... my treasures, quite simple, you can't hold it in your hand- or read in a book the more you allow into your own journey- there's no go...

My reason for writing this poem is quite simple… In living through the heart, life’s parallels-there are so many shifts of emotions: Times of extremes- sadness and joy. This happened to be a particularly joyful day of receiving and giving. Words Lovely Words words expressed with meaningful intention- lovely words, were gifted to me... at the chrysalis   of this opening of hearts energies are flowing- finding the need   to sit-breathe- take it to my soul my spirit intense... "can this be real?" to feel such luminosity- within me   within these moments feeling so much joy... "is this a dream?" if so, allow me to continue this lucid dreamtime- hearing, feeling moving gently into- unbroken moments in its gradual unfolding, simply, without confusion- within its own divine time until it's completely free to fly...
