The theme of empowerment for women is very important to me… As I reflect on the many women I know and have met in my life I find it staggering the amount who have low self esteem and little confidence. It's pandemic. This poem came from a place of asking myself what would an empowered women look and feel like? When we have that vision then we can aspire to it.
