Yesterday I was working as always. In the afternoon, I was kidnapped by a friend of mine. I did not know what she was up to… She took me to the beach and there, four others friends were gathered. Innocent and not in the knowing, I laughed. Immediately, they surrounded me in a circle -- a small circle of 5. Hands clasped, hearts open. I smiled. And she began speaking of being my loving witness to my deepest transformation when my partner left the relationship. No words, no talking, no explanations. ~Each woman spoke of her love for me. What she sees in me.~ The sun shone, the waves broke not too far from us. Strangers watched my sorrow rise to the surface and the love that embraced me. I sobbed and wailed. I was loved, truly loved in the deepest way. I was free to finally feel my sorrow and loss. I was free to fall apart in the arms of my sisters by the sea. I cried, I sobbed, I wailed. They cried too. I am still sobbing while I write this....
