This poem happened when I was laying on the couch and I felt a sudden surge of vibrant energy, so joyfully filling up my Being. It made me feel so alive, so happy! I wanted to share this feeling of creative energy. This energy, Prana , is our Universal Life Force, which sustains us all. I believe, that we all need to express ourselves. We are all Artists. As my Guru, Swami Sivananda, would say: "We are creators of our Destiny" So lets follow our Inner Voice, and express our Light: either as Healers, Sages, Doctors, Lawyers, Businessmen, Artists, etc. As long as we express ourselves truly as we are, we will be content and healthy.
