The power of positive thought is something that’s become more and more accepted as a way of improving the quality of our experiences… I’m sure we all know how different things feel - not only feel, but actually, measurably, are - when we approach them with positive thoughts and a feeling of inner strength. “The power of prayer” is, perhaps, another way of expressing this. If everything is connected and if Divinity permeates all things, then filling our minds and hearts with positive thoughts  - and putting those thoughts “out there”, too - is a form of prayer. Prayer is, in fact, like breathing. We do it constantly, as we picture the way things are and the way we want them to be. In our attitudes: our gratitude, anxiety, joy and grief.
