Heart Hug came through my heart centered reflection on why, "Heart Hugs," feel so deeply wonderful to me… I believe there is a difference between a hug, and a Heart Hug. Maybe like the difference between a light rain and a downpour. Each are beneficial, each help to sustain our lives, but different in quality and the effects they have upon our present moment.
