January Blessings
Deep spiritual work, and healing,
unfolds like a flower
in the morning sun
when we, too, open
like those flowers.
When we recognize
those who raise
our positive vibrations
and discern the difference
between those
who lower, or cloud,
our vision
and peel
our petals
away,
keep us from seeing,
knowing,
feeling
ourselves as divine.
January,
a month filled with newness,
abundance, possibility, and dreams,
opportunity
to step forward
as in a Foxtrot rhythm,
slow, slow, quick, quick, slow,
as we take one small step at a time
and come to see ourselves,
living more openly
as our true selves,
dancing through life,
swaying in kitchens
in
heart
felt
dances.
JanEWary blessings,
we start anew,
release that
and
those
who do not serve our greatest good.
We begin again,
with another year,
to write our story,
word-for-word,
to create our dance,
step-by- step,
taking
leaps
of
faith
while singing our song
note-by-note,
as we open like those flowers
in the morning sun
with no judgment,
no expectation,
with forgiveness in our hearts,
while residing
in the company
of those who help
to tend
the
magic
growing inside
our
inner
